1. HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY ORDER ? It’s takes 7 to 10 business days sometimes up to 25 days depends on the carrier or holidays 

2. WILL I BE ABLE TO DO A REFUND ? yes if the item is broken upon delivery 

3. CAN I DO A EXCHANGE ?  Yes

4. CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER IF I DO NOT WANT IT ANYMORE ? No all sales is final you will still be billed, and no chargebacks are allowed per policy
